At Hooman, we aren’t trying to change who we are. We actually really like who we are (and we hope you do too!). But we are working on ways to be better friends, better partners, and better guides for you.
So, before the year gets too busy, I wanted to sit down and spill the tea on what you can actually expect from us this year. No hype, just the real stuff we’re working on. 👀

For the humans who are new here, or for the long-time friends who just need a refresher…hello! We are Hooman. 👋
We aren’t a giant corporate machine. We’re a team of humans who believe that technology should help people, not overwhelm them. We know that “Digital Transformation” sounds intimidating (and expensive!), but we exist to make it approachable, kind, and actually useful.

Okay, now for the exciting part. We’ve been quietly working on some internal projects to make your life easier. We aren’t doing this to be flashy; we’re doing it because we listened to what you needed.
Here is a sneak peek at what’s about to drop:
1. The Hooman Helpdesk
We know that sending emails back and forth can get messy. “Did they see my message?” “Is the fix done?” Oof. We feel you.
That’s why we’re about to launch Hooman Helpdesk. It’s a centralized system for all our clients. Whether you need help with your ERP, LMS, Web, or CX tools, you’ll have one place to send tickets and track progress. It’s all about smoother, more efficient support—so you aren’t left wondering.
2. Unlocking Human Potential (HCM for ERP)
For our ERP clients, big things are coming. We’re about to roll out Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
This means you can fully maximize your ERP to manage not just your resources, but your humans. More modules, more possibilities, and a better way to take care of your team. Because again: digital transformation is really human transformation.
It’s still in the works, but it’s definitely something to watch out! 🙂
3. Cleaning Our Own House (Internal Docs)
We believe in “Zero Admin” stress for you, but that means we have to be super organized! We are strengthening the documentation of our own internal processes.
Why does this matter to you? Because when we are aligned, your projects get deployed smoother, faster, and with fewer hiccups. We’re tidying up so we can serve you better.
4. More Presence, Less Noise
You might see us popping up more often! We’re working on our brand presence: not to be annoying, but to be available. We want to be there when you have a question, when you need a guide, or when you just need a Hooman Hug. *wink wink*
