Hachi (ハチ) means abundance: a reminder of our limitless potential as humans to create meaningful things using the resources around us.
Hachi is an astronaut mascot created by our 2025 Work Immersion Agents, Nicole Tumagay and Colin Aquino.

What Is the Hooman
Work Immersion Program?
The Hooman Work Immersion Program is a 1-month learning experience for selected students, joining our Customer Experience (CX) Team.
You won’t just observe. You’ll participate, create, and contribute. Our focus is not just on skills, but on how you work with people. That’s why the program centers on Hooman’s 4Cs, the essential skills for the modern workplace:
The 4Cs You’ll Practice Daily

Critical Thinking – understanding problems before solving them

Creativity – designing meaningful and thoughtful solutions
No matter your course: Multimedia Arts, Game Development, or beyond — these skills will follow you into any career path.
How You’ll Learn
Project-Based Learning (PBL)
At Hooman, projects are how we work: so projects are how you’ll learn.
During the immersion:

You will be grouped into teams

Each team will create one project

Your project will support Hooman’s 2026 initiatives
(These will be discussed during your first-week onboarding)
Through this project, you’ll learn how to:

Plan work as a team & make decisions together

Handle feedback

Execute ideas from start to finish

Apply the 4Cs in real situations
This mirrors how real teams work in the professional world: because learning should prepare you for what comes next.
Work Immersion Timeline Overview
Week 1

You’ll learn how to understand humans before creating solutions. Activities include social listening and insighting to uncover real needs.
Week 2
💡 Design
You’ll turn insights into experience concepts through workshops, planning, and structure.
Week 3
🙌 Develop
You’ll bring ideas to life through writing, design, digital assets, and execution.
Week 4
💖 Dedicate
You’ll reflect, analyze results, and present your work and learnings to Hooman team leads.
By the end of the month, you’ll have completed one full CX project: from idea to presentation.
